We hope that you love the products that you’ve ordered. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item only if it's unused, sealed, in its original packaging and condition, with barcode intact, within 14 calendar days of original receipt for a refund.
This 14-day returns guarantee is also part of the European Union entitlement to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days.
For hygiene reasons, Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
If you choose to return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, delivery charges are not refundable and you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
Please ensure you email us at email@example.com explaining why you are returning the item and providing your return meets our Returns criteria we will issue a returns approval.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your proof of postage in order to provide evidence to us that you have returned the products, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned goods. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Return damaged, faulty or incorrect items if:
1) the product delivered is not what you ordered or does not correspond with its description; or
2) damaged in transit or faulty upon receipt; or
We will, at our option, deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the products.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used or do not meet our Returns criteria.
Some people may react to certain products they haven't used before. Please read the manufacturer's leaflets which come with most cosmetics to see if they are likely to cause you a problem.
In all cases we recommend you visit your doctor in the first instance of any allergic reaction. Please notify us if you do have a reaction to any products so we can advise the manufacturers.

Returning the Product
Please return item(s) in original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition, with barcode intact to:

Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed and you obtain a Proof of Postage receipt when you return the goods to us.
Processing the Refund
We will process and exchange or refund of your online order within 14 days. (Once your refund has been processed it can take your card provider 3 to 5 days working days to credit your account. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card).
In circumstances where a parcel is undeliverable due to failed collection, incorrect address or other situation that is not the fault of BeautyMART, in such cases cost of postage will not be reimbursed. This applies to national and international deliveries.
If we issue a refund and you fail to return any products to us where required to do so and/or fail to make them available for collection after receiving notice requiring you to do so, we shall be entitled to compensation from you equal to the sum of the purchase price for the relevant products and the original delivery charges. You authorise us to deduct any such sums from the payment method used by you to make the purchase. This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.thisisbeautymart.com; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.
Please Note: we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification. By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
