We have made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet.
This means that when you order products from us, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.
If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see Returns for more information).
Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Upon receiving your order we will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Cancellations/change to order
Do not assume a cancellation or change of ANY order you have made with us, whether pursuant to a scheduled program or not, has been effected until you receive a confirmation from us via email or the website. As stated above, you will be responsible for, and your credit card may be charged for, the payment of all fees associated with orders already processed or shipped before your cancellation/change request was received.
Pricing, Availability, Payment
The price of a product shall be as stated on this website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. We try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item to you. If you cancel no payment will be taken from your card.
Prices shown are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax. Prices do include delivery charges or other taxes which may be applied. We accept payment by debit or credit card only. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of or shortly before dispatch of the product to you.
