Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 days (UK) and 20 working days for International orders. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.

Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected. We hope that you love the products that you’ve ordered. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item, in its original, saleable, condition, with barcode intact, within 14 working days of original receipt for a refund. In addition to this 14-day returns guarantee, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. For hygiene reasons, Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened. If you choose to return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, delivery charges are not refundable and you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your proof of postage in order to provide evidence to us that you have returned the products, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned goods. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Damaged/Faulty or Incorrect Items If:
1) the product delivered is not what you ordered or does not correspond with its description; or
2) the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality, we will, at our option, deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the products.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
Some people may react to certain products they haven’t used before. Please read the manufacturers leaflets which come with most cosmetics to see if they are likely to cause you a problem.
In all cases we recommend you visit your doctor in the first instance. Please notify us if you do have a reaction to any products so we can advise the manufacturers.

Returning the Product
Please return item(s) in original, re-saleable condition, with barcode intact to:

Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed and you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us.
Processing the Refund
We will exchange or refund your online order immediately. (Once your refund has been processed it can take your card provider 3 to 5 days working days to credit your account. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card). If we issue a refund and you fail to return any products to us where required to do so and/or fail to make them available for collection after receiving notice requiring you to do so, we shall be entitled to compensation from you equal to the sum of the purchase price for the relevant products and the original delivery charges. You authorise us to deduct any such sums from the payment method used by you to make the purchase. This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.thisisbeautymart.com; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.
Please Note: we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification. By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Upon receiving your order we will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Cancellations / change to order
Do not assume a cancellation or change of ANY order you have made with us, whether pursuant to a scheduled program or not, has been effected until you receive a confirmation from us via email or the website. As stated above, you will be responsible for, and your credit card may be charged for, the payment of all fees associated with orders already processed or shipped before your cancellation/change request was received.
Pricing, Availability, Payment
The price of a product shall be as stated on this website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. We try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price to you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel no payment will be taken from your card.
Prices shown are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax. Prices do include delivery charges or other taxes which may be applied. We accept payment by debit or credit card only. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of or shortly before dispatch of the product to you.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
